STAR CAP is one of the leading cap & hat manufacturers in China, mainly engaged in producing baseball cap, sports cap, racing cap, military cap, snapback cap, trucker hat, washed cap, promotional cap, knitted hat, scarves, gloves and many more which are mainly exported to the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia, etc, highly praised by our customers. The factory integrates the complete producing lines of designing, cutting, sewing, ironing, packing and quality inspecting.

Our competitive advantages
We have our own two professional & modern factories in China. We have a monthly production capacity of 20,000 dozen of caps, making us certain that we can fulfill your volume orders. Samples can be delivered in seven to ten days. Moreover, we are equipped with advanced machinery such as embroidery machines imported from Japan TAJIMA and Barudan, sewing machines imported from Japan BROTHER, and cutting machines from South Korea. These machines can control the big capacity, stability and consistency of the quality.

R&D
Every month, our factory will develop 30-50 new styles to meet customers' demand. Our professional designers who have more than 8 years' working experience can do fashion designs for you in free.
